B.C. hosted California, Oregon and Washington at this year’s Pacific Coast Collaborative where the four governments launched the 2012 West Coast Action Plan on Jobs. The Plan takes bold steps to grow the clean economy along the West Coast; a $47-billion sector that could triple in size by 2020 and create a million new jobs.
